Fish & Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp or fish
  • Oil
  • Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Sparkling water or beer
  • Pico de gallo
  • Tortillas

Recipe

Mix the flour with the sparkling water or beer until you get an homogeneous mixture

Dip the raw shrimp or fish into the mixture

Pre-heat the oil and take the dipped shrimp into the oil

Put the fried shrimp on a bowl and absorb the excessive oil with a napkin.

Put he shrimp on a tortilla, add pico de gallo and salt to taste
